📋Terms & Conditions

 

By booking a session or service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Healing Disclaimer

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice that supports relaxation and energy balance. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or medication.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being. By participating in any service offered, you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after sessions.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential. Any personal or sensitive information shared before, during, or after sessions will be held in the strictest confidence, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted forms of payment may include cash, card, electronic transfer, or other listed options.

  • In the case of packages or prepaid sessions, expiration dates may apply.​

 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with the full fee still applying.

 

6. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at my discretion if a client’s behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful, or if boundaries are violated.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during classes, workshops, or sessions—including handouts, course materials, or written content—are the intellectual property of Reiki Holistic Harmony/Angel Munoz-Velazquez, LMSW, RMT, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is protected and will never be sold, traded, or shared with third parties. We do not exchange your personal data for money or other valuable consideration with outside parties such as data brokers. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

By engaging in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
